The visual representation of data helped to identify the total sales of all products in the 4 months as $ 98,553.36. Also, I identified the 7 products the restaurants sell and their highest sales for each month. The seven products are Guava bar, Boldo tea, Empanada and Queso Fresco. The other products sold in the restaurant are Carne Assada, Chocolade, and Sopapillas. The presentation of data made it possible to know the product with the highest sales per month (Assarroudi, et al, 2018). For example, Sopapillas was leading in sales volume in both January and February with $ 25,127.36 and $ 11,857.50 respectively. In March, Queso Fresco was the leading product in sales volume with $ 9579.50 while in April Guava bar had the highest sales of $ 2310.75. Further, the visualization has made it easier to know the product with the highest sales during the 4 months. Thus, Sopapillas recorded the highest sales of $ 44296.96 with Boldo tea recording the lowest sales of $ 1724.

The kind of graphic I selected was a table due to its ability to give total figures for each product per month and the total period. Also, use of a table facilitated the comparison of sales for each product with others during the 4 months (Assarroudi, et al, 2018). The visualization will be affected by the target audience. For example, accounting professionals, ought to reflect profit margin per product in each month and the entire period. For sales professionals, the table gives information on the performance of each product per month and total sales volume per month.
