The company’s vision under consideration is “to be the company that best understands and satisfies the product, service, and self-fulfillment needs of the people across the world.” The company’s mission statement is, “Build the best product, cause no unnecessary harm, use business to inspire and implement solutions to the problems facing humanity.” The organization’s mission and vision are reflected in daily activities such as communication, management approaches, and priorities in various ways. First, there is a lot of information sharing to ensure that every employee is well acquainted with what they are supposed to be doing at any given time. In order to ensure that we deliver value to our customers, the employees have been empowered in such a way that they can take responsibility ad ownership of the success that the company achieves. This is done by involving the employees in decision-making, empowering them to produce good results, and being involved in societal initiatives (D’Innocenzo, Mathieu & Kukenberger, 2016). This enables it to produce the best products and offer good service, while at the same time creating a positive impression among customers. The organization values satisfying customers through happy and competent employees.
The organization has instilled a culture of ownership and open communication. This has led to a sense of direction and accountability in the organization. All the employees want to be part of the good results that are attained by the organization. For example, the employees are frequently informed on the extent to which they are achieving their daily targets. This makes it possible for them to improve their effort on a continuous basis. The employees also check on each other and give peer reviews that help on improving performance. The culture of open communication makes it possible for the employees to be aligned with the objectives and increase their efforts towards the same. The behaviors are aligned with the culture the organization promotes.
My leadership style is participative or democratic. As much as I make final decisions, the input of my juniors contributes to the final decisions that are made (D’Innocenzo, Mathieu & Kukenberger, 2016). This makes the employees satisfied and therefore produces the best results. The employees own the organizations, and when the company succeeds, they also succeed. This has led to customer satisfaction because their needs are addressed by satisfied employees. Therefore, the leadership connects to the organization’s culture of zero-rating the level pf ham caused, customer satisfaction, and building the best products for the customers.
As for the character traits, I am straightforward, competent, tolerant, and accommodative to different opinions. This explains why I have a good relationship with my juniors, and I have been able to take seriously their contributions towards any milestone that we have attained. The traits make me a strong leader in the sense that I can steer the goals of an organization forward through the input of the people while at the same time, maintain a good relationship with them. As for the organization’s culture, the personality traits have made it possible for me to instill standards among the employees that make them deliver excellent quality, hence customer satisfaction (Yahaya & Ebrahim, 2016). The employees are also aware of the social responsibilities that there supposed to observe, e.g., addressing environmental pollution. All these align with the culture of the organization.
