Community Group: A Soccer Team
The community group that was chosen for the current touchstone project is Chicago Fire Football Club. This is a soccer team that participates in the Major League Soccer. Apart from the senior team, the club runs a football development academy, a youth organization for juniors, and a community-based charitable organization (Hewson, 2021). The members of the team come from different parts of the world. These include the management team, coaching staff, players, and supporters (Official Chicago Fire FC Website, 2021). While players and coaches are recruited through contracts, becoming a supporter is voluntary. The experience I have with the club is that I am one of its fans. I follow its matches through the WGN Sports television and the WRTO radio.
Question
